And we’re willing to back that up. In the event that you are not satisfied in any way with our service, you can cancel at any time and request a refund. If you’re leaving town for an extended period of time and would like to put your account on hold, we can do that as well. Just give us a call or an email and we’ll make it right!

RubyRide does not currently require a contract for any level of paid service making it a month to month subscription that may be cancelled at any time. In the event a refund is requested, contact RubyRide as soon as possible and we will refund your money immediately. Some restrictions may apply for instances where part of the month’s services have been rendered in which case a pro-rated return will be issued. We are fortunate to have your business and will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
